When will my order be shipped?

Our offered products are manually checked and shipped. 98% of our products leave our warehouse after the purchase contract within 2 to 8 working days. After the package has been shipped, we provide you with a tracking number.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

The delivery time varies from product to product and may vary due to different stock. Currently, the demand is very large that we need a longer shipping time. On average, shipping takes 9 working days. In some cases, the package was already there after 5 days, but there were also cases where it had taken 3 weeks.

Can I track my delivery?

After sending the goods each customer gets a tracking number provided.

Where can I send my goods if they do not suit me or if they are damaged?
We are not a German online shop. We are from Hong Kong / China and also ship our goods from there. We do not offer free returns.
My parcel arrived damaged

We ship every item with extra padding. Nevertheless, we have the experience that not every package arrives safely. Approximately 1 out of 500 orders arrive damaged. Please contact info@kio-shoes.com for a quick fix.
